There are infinite ways to save on your favorite fashion finds. Most people suddenly think coupons, or online promotional codes. However, my methods are a bit unconventional. I’m sure you’re all familiar with eBay, but have you ever heard of Poshmark? Poshmark is an app that operates very similarly to eBay, however its comprised strictly of fashion related items.
My favorite recent purchase from Poshmark were my two pairs of Nike Roshe Runs. They were both brand new, and retailed for $80.00 per pair. I managed to get both pairs for $80.00. The woman was selling them because she received them as a gift and merely didn’t care for them. I was happy to take these off of her hands at an incredible price.
A recent purchase of mine through eBay were the Steve Madden “Lilianne” boots. I had tried them on in stores, and instantaneously knew that they’d be…

Every single day is different with my mom. Today when we went to visit she was pretty sad and crying. It took us a little bit of time to bring her out of it but after about 1/2 an hour of affirming how beautiful and wonderful she is mom put on her happy face.
We sat outside and talked and just sat in the quiet area of the outside patio. The patio area is subdued and comfortable. It was a little bit cooler today but still the sun came out and warmed us up. There are flowers and green bushes surrounding the area with a fountain that sits in the middle of the patio and it makes it sound like you could be sitting next to a river.

I am always exploring new embroidery designs. Here I am introducing “custom state tea towels” and a “trout tea towel.” There are many more at my shop, charlenesbags.etsy.com. Soon I will be adding embroidered tissue covers for those small tissue packets to keep them from tearing open. Also, I am working on cosmetic bags for lack of a better term. They are small zippered bags to keep this or that when traveling or at home as a nice embroidered bag for your cosmetics. So stay tuned.
A friend and I have been brainstorming about our blogs the past couple of days. We would like to post other crafter’s blogs with a link at my sidebar titled “My Creative Friends.” All we ask is that you do the same for us with a link on your blog sidebar. The goal is to create a network of blogs.
You may notice that I changed my profile picture. It is my lovely dog, Lily, and me after her first day home with me. She was a rescue on death row. She was to be euthanized the next morning because her time at the shelter ran out. She was pulled out of the shelter in San Bernardino, California and somehow made it to Power of the Paw group in Big Fork, Montana.
I am updating my blog site thanks to my friend, Joyce Jacobs, http://www.montanatwirls.com.
You will notice it has a different format along with headings and pages displaying my products. Check in and see how much progress I am making. Take a look at the new design. I hope you like it.
That’s all for now.
