Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Towels are available now. I will add new design as we head towards those same holidays. I love the fall and winter holidays each year. They are so much fun and a great time for family to spend together. Fall and winter are a time for slowing down from the busy summer (I know, not all of you can or do slow down.) My favorite are the holiday lights during the shortest days of the winter. If you don’t live in one of the northern state, believe me, the days are very short. Friend and family from the very lower states can’t believe how long the summer days are during that time, then find winter day are very short. I have
a lot of Norwegian blood in me, so I love it. But I don’t think I could live in Norway with almost no sun during the summer.
Anyway, I digress. Below are some of the designs available.

While listening to classical music through the years, I have been struck by the fact that Walt Disney incorporated classical music as background music in his cartoons like Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and some of the other cartoons he created for children in the 1940s and 1950s.
Today’s children, to my knowledge, do not have that early exposure unless their parents play classical music for the children or for themselves. Classical music was never played in our household. My dad only allowed music that didn’t bother him, which was the programs on TV.
My question to you is, “How will children growing up today be exposed to classical me? Or will many not know the classical composers such as Mozart, Beethoven, Verde, etc. My favorite is chamber music. Who is your favorite composer?

Trout Tea Towel $15.00
I am always exploring new embroidery designs. Here I am introducing “custom state tea towels” and a “trout tea towel.” There are many more at my shop, charlenesbags.etsy.com. Soon I will be adding embroidered tissue covers for those small tissue packets to keep them from tearing open. Also, I am working on cosmetic bags for lack of a better term. They are small zippered bags to keep this or that when traveling or at home as a nice embroidered bag for your cosmetics. So stay tuned.
I am updating my blog site thanks to my friend, Joyce Jacobs, http://www.montanatwirls.com.
You will notice it has a different format along with headings and pages displaying my products. Check in and see how much progress I am making. Take a look at the new design. I hope you like it.
That’s all for now.
